Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. We use these details to answer your enquiry and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send payment details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.

Website operation and security

Hosting, email and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and error logs to deliver and protect the service. WordPress uses cookies for administrative sessions.

Travel search and referrals

Travelpayouts and its partners supply travel search and referral tools. Using a tool may involve processing route, dates, passenger counts and technical information needed to provide results. Affiliate tools may use cookies or identifiers to attribute qualifying referrals. Read our Cookie Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

Booking providers

When you request hotel results on the homepage or open the Hotels page, BookMe loads an embedded Stay22 map. Your browser then connects to Stay22, which may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type under Stay22’s privacy policy. Referral identifiers may be used. If you choose an offer and continue to an accommodation provider, its privacy notice and terms apply. BookMe does not collect booking payments or issue tickets. Read the relevant provider notices before submitting personal information.

Images and external services

Licensed images may load from external image servers. Your browser connects to those servers to request the image, and they may receive technical information such as your IP address. External services are used as needed to operate the site.

Advertising

We may introduce advertising in the future. If Google advertising services are activated, we will update disclosures and consent settings to explain cookies, identifiers and user choices. This policy does not claim that BookMe has been approved for AdSense.

Sharing and retention

Hosting, email and travel technology providers may process information needed for their services, including in other countries. We do not sell contact-form messages. Correspondence is retained as needed to respond, resolve enquiries and meet applicable obligations.

Your requests and choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided by emailing us. We may need to verify the request or retain information where obligations require it. You can manage cookies in your browser and use privacy controls provided by external services.

Country-based language selection

If you have not chosen a language manually, you may allow BookMe to select one based on your country. After you consent, your browser sends its IP address to GeoJS for a country-code lookup so BookMe can choose Arabic for Arab countries and English elsewhere. BookMe does not make this request before consent. BookMe reads the country code only to select the language and does not store your IP address or country code. Your language preference and consent choice are saved in your browser’s local storage. You may decline and use your browser language, or change your consent using the “Language and privacy settings” link in the site footer. See GeoJS’s privacy notice for its handling of request data.
